Fuzzy search your applicants by name, email, or phone. Returns a lightweight result list (not full application objects).

How scoring works

Match	Score
Exact email	+100
Email substring	+50
Exact or substring phone	+80
Full name substring	+30
Each name-word substring	+15

Only results above a relevance threshold of 15 are returned, sorted highest first.
